The staff changes constantly, you never know if the person you speak with this month will be there the following. When we first moved in there were may issues with the place, beginning with the locks not working properly. We had to call several times although in the walk through we had reported the issue. This should have been a sign of things to come. The trash pickup service is a joke. They should provide this service for free given the exsorbitant amount of money we pay for this place. Managment does take its sweet time to call back and sometimes they have selective listening. A couple of months back the A/C of a vacant apartment near our place had a hiddious sound. It was as if they were doing construction outside our bedroom window. We called and reported the noice early that afternoon. No one came out there to check what was going on. Several of our neighbors and us had to call late at night again serveral in order to have someone go out and turn the A/C off. According to the gentleman who when out, they were aware of tne issue with the A/C but did not understand why they had not turned it off after all there was no one living in the apartment.

They are doing some changes in the experior of the apartments. I think the owner should concentrate on getting compentent personnel who know what they are doing and who is responsible. It is horrible the service they provide!!!

I can wait for my lease to be up for me to leave the Falls of Hell.
