WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU, BUSY MAKING HIGH CAR PAYMENT AND EATING BEANS AND RICE FOR DINNER SO NOW YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR ISSUES OUT ON FALLS. GREAT GOING!!!!!!!!! MAJORITY OF YOU PEOPLE THAT LEFT FALLS IS BECAUSE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD THE RENT. THIS EXPLAINS ALL THE NEGATIVE EMAIL. I AM HERE TO TURN ALL THIS NEGATIVE INTO POSITIVE. FALLS OF PEMBROKE IS THE BEST VACATION APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE BEEN AT. THREE YEARS I HAVE BEEN HERE WITH NO PROBLEMS. I CONSIDER IT OFFENSIVE TO DISRESPECT THE VERY PLACE I HAVE COME TO ADORE. BY THE WAY SINCE YOU HAVE COMPLEX ISSUES WITH FALLS FOR NO APPARENT OR LEGITIMATE REASONS SEE DR PHIL AND GET SOME PRESCRITION. THANK YOU, YOURS TRULY ME!!!!!!!!!!

This person is not aware that the rate of rentals in the areas is with the cost of this location. This is based on the fact that he rents for a vacation. I am sure that being there a few months of the year is great. We lived there one year and had issues with some of the staff in the Management office. We are still am having issues with them. It is a shame, because we enjoyed out time living there with some issues, car theft, rude tenents, and police waking you up late at night for disturbances. In conclusion, for the amount of money that we paid there it is not worth the aggrevation, hence most former tenents have gone to puchase homes, just not to deal with the issues at this location.

Just an addendum to that: Please explain to me how a supposed "medical doctor" has the writing skills of a second grader. I would appreciate it if the staff would not spend their work hours creating poorly written and obviously false statements, just to make the complex seem livable. Understand, you work for a very dilapitated and poorly cared for complex. It is no one's fault but your own that there is no upkeep and you feel the need to do damage control. Be constructive, use your work hours to do your job. Leave the "rice and beans" jokes at home with your family, no one appreciates assinine and juvinile humor by a bitter, lazy worker.

I was going to say something about Andrew Whyte the "MD" and his writing skills as well. Also, that was very obviously either a damage control post or just a "flame" meant to personally attack a poster to cloud the issue. Either was, as stated above your efforts are assinine and juvinile.

I think this guy Andrew is on crack I have lived at the falls for a number of years and have seen this place go from beautiful to trashville. When this place first opened up it was really nice, nice people living here nice gals working here then over the years it went to the dark side shady deals raising rents big time bad service, killings, break inns, you name it. I myself can't wait to finally leave this place I have called home for several years. Its a damn shame its come to this. Even the owner really doesn't care much any more he has made his money on it and time to move on. To him its talk to the hand and let my staff deal with it don't want to know. Hey Andrew if you are listening wake up and smell the coffee this place is a dive and you know it. People who work here should not try and put band-aids on this site listen to true facts from other people who have gone through the ringer with the falls of pembroke stope trying to cover it up who ever you are Andrew. I know it and you know it and other people who are checking out this site for gods sake don't waist your time and hard earned money with this place listen to the facts because they are all true stories. Don't move here!

MUST BE INSANE IF YOU HAVE ALL THOSE POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT FALLS OF PEMBROKE OR MAYBE THAT IS A MUCH HIGHER STANDARD THEN WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN USED TO IN THE PAST EITHER WAY YOU NEED TO LOOK AROUND AND KNOW THAT THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE LIVING FOR THE MONEY THEY CHARGE.
