Falls of pembroke is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Apart from the terrible customer service as soon as you sign the lease, my car was broken into, apartments are always being broken into, getting your deposit back is a joke and you probably never will. The fees for moving in are unbelievable. Especially the 200$ fee just the have your apartment clean when you move in, Isn't that standard at an apartment complex to have a clean apartment to move into, not at falls of pembroke, where you pay for everything. Trust me signing a lease with them is a huge mistake learn from mine.
