I live here but I do regret the day I moved here, amenities you see at the front are useless, theater seats are broken gym equipment super bad condition, staff is the biggest problem, They make mistakes and won't budge ruining credit and and more .
The maintenance is the worst of any anywhere I have lived.
The management is there to keep the mirage going so that people get sucked into this terrible complex. Watch out for the maintenance guys, not the new ones but the ones that been there a while, best they can do is change a bulb,
Safety' what safety they rent to vandal my car has been scratched and vandalized several times office staff does not even show concern, people speed so walking around the parking lot is risky, also people jump the fence,often, the security gate is a joke the pole is broken cameras don't work the don't have a night security man anymore if the do I have not seen one in over a year. others are jumping the fence ongoing the office DOES NOTHING EVEN THOU THEY KNOW WHO.

So many are the bad things to be said about this place i just get upset, so Just heed the warnings, go anywhere else, If you move to the falls you will be looking to write one of these too.
