This rental community seems like a nice place for a family to live, it somewhat safe even though the police would show-up once in while and you could notice small empty plastic bags (dope) on the grass near the children s playground.

The common areas are maintained not in perfect shape but maintained. The neighbors seem OK.

The staff in the property is jaded and not much service oriented; basically they ll want you to sign the contract in a hurry.

But, when it come to your refund they will do whatever is necessary NOT to return it, in fact it does not matter if have paid on time, been a good tenant, they will simple not return your full deposit.

In our case, we even had their own house keeping personnel hired to clean our apartment every other week for 1 years, and still we were NOT returned our full deposit.

These people are there just for the money, tenants do not have any type of consideration. So before you sign on the dotted line please consider what we have said.
