I lived in at this property for almost two years. The staff is friendly, but very unhelpful and often rude. They rarely, if ever, return calls, and in our time none (literally, NONE) of our maintenance issues were ever fully resolved. They did have temporary fixes for several of our issues, but ultimately they never actually fixed anything properly.

We were model tenants. Our rent was not once late, we kept meticulous records, and we were not overly demanding. For example, we never asked for a new A/C unit, we just asked that it be fixed correctly, not rigged to work.

When we moved out, they tried to charge us over $700 on top of our deposit for repairs. If not for my careful record keeping, I would not have been able to prove that we did not damage the apartment ( I took photos when we moved in and when we moved out). I also had a staff member walk through the apartment with me when we surrendered our key and sign our move-out checklist, Without this we probably would never have received our deposit.

If you are going to live here. Document EVERYTHING. Ask for, and demand if necessary, copies of every service request and note if it was or was not completed properly. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! You absolutely cannot trust what the staff tell you.

The property was probably beautiful and awesome at one point, but they have let it get into such a state of disrepair.

Been there done that yes I know all so well this place is going down the drain I lived there when it just opened very nice but as the years past they started getting greedy and didn't care about any of the tennents cares just pay your rent and shut up. If your late one day they have eviction notices slid under your door along with a large lated fee. Yes please keep going when you see this place pay attention to these warnings as we have been there.

U wanna be sorry? THen go live there, used to be awesome back in 90, then new managers have come in, now , safety, delinquency, and abuse by office people.
