AS many others here have said (and correctly) the place is nothing special. For $1200 a month for a 1 bedroom you can do MUCH better. I live off the water now in a 1 bedroom WITH a garage and its only $1045 a month.

As others have said the place is in a state of disrepair, Im sure it was nice at one point. The hallways and lighting are just plain old and you can see it. The exterior doors are falling apart, as are things in the units themselves.

The maintenance are nice guys, but they usually dont have a clue how to properly fix things and do a slip-shot job repairing things.

I made the mistake of not taking photos and was chaged $125 for the counters which were damaged PRIOR to me moving in. That is my fault and I will pay that amount and document EVERYTHING in any other rental units.

Also as said, the staff comes off as nice but no one EVER answers the phone and getting any answers is like pulling teeth

I wouldnt live here ever again nor recommend it to anyone over other places to live.
