Would NOT recommend From: family1 Date posted: 5/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The place looks nice when you first drive in, and the leasing office is attractive and well-staffed. Like another reviewer said, however, the beauty of this place is only skin-deep! I had a miserable experience here. I could only handle 6 months and I couldn't wait to get out. The main problem I had was the toilet. My toilet overflowed literally 4 or 5 times a week. I kept begging them to just fix it or replace it, but each time they would just send maintenance over to plunge or snake it. Over and over again, several times a week, for 6 months. I began to live in fear of flushing my toilet. It simply would not work correctly. Another issue is safety. There is a lot of vandalism and theft in this community. And at $1100 a month for a crappy one-bedroom, it's definitely no bargain.
