Pembroke Cove Apartments

I've lived here 3 years and the maintenance response is awful, if you're lucky enough to get a response. I've had requests take a week before they are addressed, and some never done at all. My bathroom sink is rusting and they had to nerve to ask me if I did it. It wasn't fixed. One of the staff members spoke to me in a snotty way when I asked why maintenance requests were closed out before being completed and that I pay over a thousand dollars a month and would like my things repaired and she said that I could be paying $1500 a month like some other people...yes, if I had a 3 bedroom apartment! I can't say that I've ever had a good renting experience.
The apartment size is excellent, though and landscaping is fairly decent, unless you look at my front area at the empty spot where the bushes were torn out 9 months ago and never replaced and the mulch is scarce, but other than that, the rest of the complex looks good. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Okay, I have been here 4 years and can't agree at all with the person who wrote the above review. First of all, the maintenance here is awesome. I have had things broken by MY family and have placed a request and they made the repairs and never looked at me twice. They never asked me or hinted towards blaming or saying if we were at fault. That alone says a mouth full. Secondly, it appears to me that one instance is the reason for that review yet you said 50/50 and that you've never had a good rental experience? Sounds to me like you should buy a home, join the condo commando's and see how much you'll appreciate having a maintenance team! I don't think that was fair to rate the entire community on landscape and one maintenance issue. Though it is YOUR opinion, why don't you move out and see that the grass here in Pembroke Pines is certainly not greener on the other side {of town}! Trust me, I have rented at most of the "Luxury" apartment home communities and will say DON'T BE FOOLED BY CURB APPEAL! Your bedroom furniture doesn't fit in most of them! Try being nice and just enjoy the resort style living for your $1000 per month!

FamuDiva needs to control her destructive family. It seems that your opinion, Anonymous, is shared by many others. FamuDiva also sounds personally offended by your comments for some reason. She may be an employee, or telling by the date, an ex-employee. As far as buying a home or joining the condo commandos as she likes to put it, that is solely your choice. And regardless of how much you are paying, the owners are obligated to repair items and treat you with common courtesy and respect. Whether it's 100 dollars a month or 10,000, that's irrelevant and it disgusts me that you have been treated in such a way. FamuDiva needs to go back to her Puerto Rican ghetto, where I suspect she orginated.
