I've been here for 2 yrs
PROS-
Great location. Close to numerous plazas, malls, and I-75
Beautiful pool and gym is great.
You have your own attached garage(1 in a million to find in apt complexes)
Staff...can do better, but they're ok
Huge floorplans..Roman tub!
NO roaches, rats, etc from what I have heard of in others apts. Only ants in the season.
CONS
Can hear your neighbor above or beside you
(YOU HEAR EVERYYYYTHING)
Children are not well mannered (shoot paintballs at ducks, screams, etc), but they will not be in your way of anything
Maint. are not reliable after you move in 2 mths, you have to keep pestering them in order for them to respond. If they are not that busy, they will respond in 1 week. Do half jobs
Most of the appliances are cheap. But they are somewhat new. Dryer timer stopped working. Underneath the sink, it will stick sometimes b/c of the cheap piping.
OVERALL: THIS COMPLEX IS THE BEST!!

Considering the number of negatives KaylaQ has mentioned, considering the nature of each of the said things, I am somewhat taken aback that KaylaQ would the say, "OVERALL: THIS COMPLEX IS THE BEST!!" Once the staff and maintenance folk are problematic, for get it --- there are more problems, serious problems, problems that never get fixed!
