This used to be a nice place to live until taken over by new management. They are starting to enforce rules that have never been enforced. They are very rude to tenants. Parking here has become terrible, not enough spaces. Would not recommend moving here.

I most definitely agree! This community was once perfection. Now it's a mess. Just because this complex is under condo conversion, doesn't give anyone the right to treat the current tennants like animals. I've never seen such rude %&*$(%&$*& in my life; imposing rules and regulations they're simply making up as time goes on. I've come close to wanting to kill these people. Do not buy these over priced units and don't even think about renting. When you come home from work, you want to relax. Instead, it's like living in a prison run by ---- misfits! |

No Kidding. They aren't even going to honor my lease. 225,000.00 for an as is 10 year old apartment is insane. They also are not going to fix things like screens, sliding doors etc. I regret the day I moved in and believed the lies of these money grubbers. "We 're going to improve maintenance and NO we are not going condo." They didn't even know I was moving in and I had to insist they clean the place and then they didn't clean the carpet. Landscaping looks like crap, and now the sales office has taken over the clubhouse so we have to pay rent at a makeshift office in an apartment. I was so happy when I moved here but now I regret it. I don't even want to unpack all of my stuff, and I can't even enjoy my patio, or open the bedroom window because they won't replace the screen. If you buy one, be prepared to replace the carpet, counters, A/C, fans, kitchen floor, screens, sliding doors, closet doors, and washer and dryer. Oh, and the association fees aren't flat, but depend on the size of your unit. Expect 200.00 plus a month. Good Luck! |

Oh My Go! What a pack of lies they give you to get your money. Once you are in...things will change quickly. Don't say we did not warn you!
