I have lived here since beginning of 2005, and I must say that renting here has been good. I have had one very minor problem in my unit in 1.5 years (I renewed in 2006), and they took 1 week to do it, but they did do it. As with everywhere else, you have some good neighbors and some bad ones. The staff have been good as everywhere. I do agree that as a rental community, they are the best in the area because nowhere else gives you the townhouse feel in an apartment. So renting here has been good.
