Time to leave

I moved into the community in early 2005. I liked the townhouse feel and how close it was to I75. quickly after signing the lease things went downhill and continue to slide downhill. repair requests for appliances and my hurricane shutters went un attended for close to a year, and the gate that was "damaged" during Wilma (2005) is still not working. I am assured that this is "almost fixed" every time I ask, and it's been 5 months of constant nagging! but we're reassured that they have security on the premesis; a guy who speaks no english and sits in a golf cart talking on his cell phone. The pool is filthy, the gym is broken down, when you try and call the office you constantly get a message to call back later since the voicemail is always full (maybe the gate maintenance people are working on it). all the maintenance staff does during the day is play music and sit in their golf carts. don't even try and ask them for assistance with anything.. Parking is horrible, and they tow first and ask questions later.
Pembroke cove should have ate some humble pie when they realized that no one would buy their properties (they gave everyone their notice earlier this year stating they would no longer lease). instead all they did was continue to turn this potentially great community into a slum. This is arrogance.
