We rented here because we really liked the place and the sqft of the apartments. I have read the complaints of the other reviews and have to say they have been a little exaggerated. The gym is awesome and all the machines work good. We even have a T.V. in there. The indoor raquetball is awesome. My only complain is that it could be scary accessing these amemities because they dont turn the light on in the outside area and walking to the clubhouse is always dark. Anyone can hide in the bushes. I will say the jacuzzi doesnt and never has worked. It is dirty and full of leaves. The pool is clean. Although after the last hurricane watch that we had it was full of leaves for a week before they had someone come and clean it. The gate always being open is true. They have not fixed it yet. They sent all tenents a paper saying that it was going to be fixed on the 12th and it is still wide open. The people in the offive have been very nice to us. We havent had a problem with them yet. The security guard is nice, but when I read the comment about him sleeping in the models. That felt kinda creepy. So I dont think I will be talking to him to much. The parking is average. They used to tow cars and then stopped when they realized that parking was a problem. So that is a plus. We did have a problem with one of our appliances. But after waiting two weeks we had a family member come and fix it. We are still however waiting for the managment to sen someone. Everything in our apartment has worked good, except for the clothe dryer which I have to set twice so that it can dry clothe correctly. Other than those issues, I love my place. It's nice and spacious. Everyone that comes says what a great place it is.

I would say if you have a problem with your apartment you have to be on top of management for them to fix it. You have to go to the office and complain in person untill they fix it. Otherwise it might not ever get done.
