After reading these reviews I can not believe the terrible myths being said about Pembroke Cove. Lets start by the amenities, the gym is always working and the television is a great bonus. The pool is always clean, unless perhaps on windy days that anyone with common sense would know that the beautiful palm tress surrounding the pool area become loose and leaves fall in (they are always picked up the next morning).
Lets not forget the wonderful and helpful staff, there is not a time that I have requested a service and not have it done in a timely manner. Talk about efficient and nice people. It's sad to read that some people are still hung up on racism (regarding the spanish speaking). For those people, I feel sorry for you. I have friends that live in other apartment communities in the same area and they are always complimenting Pembroke Cove. As a matter a fact I tried to get an aparment for a them a few months ago and they were full. I wonder why' They wound up in the community across the street and are living a nightmare. Not to mention that the prices here are below any other community in the area (and no other have attached garages). Overall I suggest you visit other communities and see the difference, pay close attention to where you have to park your vehicles and note how far from the actual apartment and not to mention the first come first serve (meaning if you arrive late night, you might have to leave your vehicle far from you apartment). Other issues with other communities is that you must share hallways with your neighbors, and depending on who your neighbor might be you can be stuck with their smelly garbage when you walk past their door to get your apartment. It's great to have your private driveway and attached garage to not have to deal with any of these mishaps. It's almost like living in a house since you don't have exterior staircases to get to your second floor apartment, the stairs are inside and private. I LOVE IT and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! You won't regret it..

This had to have been written by an employee of Pembroke Cove. My wife and I lived there for 3 months and couldn't wait to get out. The staff were rude and unresponsive to problems. There were never enough parking spaces and don't get me started about the overflowing garbage dump.

Wow, employees are posting on this site. I'm contemplating renting at Pembroke Cove and from everything I've read, I think my decision has been made. This does not seem worth the trouble. In addition, in order to get positive feedback, employees must sit here and post. This is clearly an employee. I can tell by the writing. This sounds so fake, no one who actually like where they live would really write this way: ------>"Lets not forget the wonderful and helpful staff, there is not a time that I have requested a service and not have it done in a timely manner." It seems quite pathetic that out of so many reviews only two have been positive, and one of the two seems to be from an office staff member. Maybe you guys should take this feedback and correct the problems you are reading about rather than posing as a tenant and wasting time.
