Do not live here! Even though it is a gated community it is not safe. My neighbor was held up by two guys with guns, garages broken into, and even the pizza guy won't even come to our door because he was robbed in this community. Also, we have had an ant problem. We had their pest control to come out and spray and the ants are still around. Matinence takes days and even weeks to come out to fix minor problems in the homes as well. Also, too expensive we paid over $1300 a month on a 2/2.5 and I heard its going up to almost $1500. Take my advice...DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
