Would not advise it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   There are several things that I have to say apartment this apartment complex. 1. There is never any parking. If you are not home by 6pm you will park at least 5 minutes away from your apartment IF you can find anything. If you park on the curb you will receive a ticket from the police. 2. Your guest must register their vehicle or they will get a boot, after the second time of not registering (an inconvenience) 3. The apartments are run down on the inside. Our air conditioner broke 3 times in the first 2 months we lived there. 4. for some reason toilets are always clogged 5. Elsie in the leasing office is very unprofessional and confrontational and you will quickly notice this. I mention her personally because she has been there since I moved there in 2006 and don't think she is going anywhere. 6. In addition to the apartments being run down, they take forever to come and fix broken items. I had to call the corporate office 3 times in two years just to get problems solved. 7. My roommates room flooded with water from the outside!!! 8. Ants were always coming out of her bathroom tub... when she turned on the water and stream of ants will come out. They have sprayed numerous times and nothing has changed. On the flip side, the positives are that the apartments are large... largest in the area The rent isn't cheap though These problems are recurring they happened the entire 2 years I lived there and each and every time I was in the leasing office complaining so was at least 2 other tenants. I will say that aside from the man killing his wife in the apartment across from mine that made news headlines. The complex is very quiet. Neighbors keep to themselves and it is kept very clean at all times. I have tried to give you my unbiased opinion. I hope this helps.
