Windsor Pines....looks nice, a lot of amenities, good location, nice apartments.
However, In the two years we lived there, we used the bowling alley twice (It wasn't up to par). The tennis court (one clay court) wasn't properly maintained. My car and my wife's car got broken into and our cd players stolen (the same night).
Then, the brilliant management team decided to remove the convenient trash bins, which were located close to each building, and placed one huge compactor in the middle of the property. So, We had to lug the trash about a mile each time we had a full bag. And God forbid if we left the bag outside our door because I couldn't take it at the moment, because we would get a nice note from management reprimanding and threatening to fine us.
The human security guard was eliminated in favor of an automatic gate (a wooden stick that was broken more often than not).
In summary, the place is pricey, because of all the amenities you will never use and the location.
