I've been living here for three years, my plan was to save up some money to buy a house. Well, They've hiked the price 4 times already to merely $1275 plus 15 for garbage collection, yet I'm single and have about 2-3 bags a week that I dump in the dumpster, plus $35 for water and it's set by them not by useage. I take a shower every day, but heck, another tenant who has 4 living in here pay the same as a single who's barely at home' Gated community' NO, it's open community, they've fixed those gates so much to the point that their vendor is vacationing somewhere on the islands from the money he made from fixing Windsor Pines' gate. The office, Saddam Hussein runs the show. Your complaint to the office manager, Saddam Hussein, will promptly react to it by finding/creating problems you're causing in the community to try to backfire you. Read the contract, they claim it's a standard apartment lease contract. Don't believe that, it's more like a law that has passed Congress and requires Harvard lawers to decifer it. You're mistake is when you are kind. So, why put yourself and family through this. My lease ended and I'm leaving soon.

So if you're health, family and life is more important to you, then consider my experience and don't bother yourself with even calling them.

This review is exactly how I feel. I wish I would have searched for reviews prior to moving in.
