Uncooperative leasing staff

I and my wife went to see the apartments on 5/31/08 at about 4.00 pm.
We first tried to call the leasing office from the main gate of the community
but nobody picked up the phone.
When we reached the leasing office the girl at leasing office was reluctant to show the apartment.She asked for an ID.I gave her mine but as my wife was not carrying
her ID with her she told us that we would not be able to see the apartmnts as one of us was not carrying an ID.She did bother to show us the plans.We felt as though we had landed in an unwanted place.
If the leasing staff is rude and uncooperative one can imagine the condition of this community.
