Now someone was stabbed to death by the clubhouse. Seems he tried to run home from the looks of the blood trail and how it was smeared all over the stairs in the breezeway. 16 years old. Police knocked on my door at 4 am. My children saw the blood trail on the way out.

This place is just bad.

And dont get me started on the trash issues and the broken gate.

Thank god I moved out a few weeks before this happened. This place is horrible. The maintence personal has no idea what they are doing. You should just fix it yourself if it breaks becasue they will take a month to even show up. They claim to be "luxurious" but if you ask me it's filthy. The trash is all over the place, not to mention there are rats, racoons, possoms, and roaches all around the trash area. There is always loose garbage laying all over the sidewalks and breezways. I have seen aminal poop on the sidewalks. The people in the office used to be so pleasent and now are a bunch of grumpy unpresent people. Don't move here. It is not what it seems when you go for a walk through. I'm so much happier in my new home. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT WINDSOR PINES! YOU WILL REGRET MOVING THERE.
