I live in this property with my kids. First about what happened I feel very sad for the guy that died and for his family. But This situation that happened in Windsor Pines is happening in alot of communities in Pembroke Pines area, like break in's and many more stuff. What about the killings that happened in the schools 14 year old killing school mates !!!! You are never 100 % safe anywhere. The best you can do is take your own percautions. So I think downgrading a community is not the right approach. And if you have so much money to live in Windsor Miramar than I think you would have rented there in the first place.

Windsor in Miramar is not much more expensive then this dump. I am not sure if you have seen the new grafitti on the side of building 3 yet? The gate has been broken for over a year and the trash.... I now have to dump mine in a store parking lot dumpster. The community is not worth the price. I am leaving and going right over to Windsor at miramar. I am spending 120 extra dollars a month and it is welllll worth it. I suggest you do the same.
