Someone who is not exactly a Windsor Pines simple resident is posting FAKE good reviews that don't make sense at all. The problems are/have been obviously not ''kids hanging outside''. The issues at Windsor Pines are/have been but no limited to:

1)Poor atenttion from leasing office personnel after you have signed the contract.

2)Amenities advertised into the 'rent package' which have been out of order for more than 1 year, without any attention or being fixed. Just to ''show'' to new tenants.

3)Poor hygiene on club house and pool bathrooms. Actually 'poor hygiene' is a compliment, no need to say more.

4)Amenity areas closed after dusk, including fitness center. This is an inconvenience for those who come home after 7pm. You could be arrested for using the facilities you pay for every month after 7pm.

5)VERY old a/c units. So old they now have to be welded repeadetly for simple leaks.

6)Trash Compactor Issues: Due to bad maintenance, you have to nearly wear a breathing mask to dump your garbage inside the compactor. Not mentioning the different dangerous animals that come out everytime a person gets close.

7)Constant home and car burglary, they have done nothing about it. Gates remain wide open during the day and sometimes the whole night.

8)Jacuzzi Heater does not work. You see it running well but water is not hot at all.

9)Do you think ''kids hanging outside'' resumes the issues at Windsor Pines' maybe, but don't complain because ''it exceeds their budget''...

I live here and I have recommended a couple of my friends to live here too. It is obvious that you are not happy, I definitely recommed that you should move. I just renewed my lease and I love my aparment.

Dear Friend, Respectfully, if you recommended ''a couple of your friends'' to live here, you are definitely not a good friend. I am sure you were hooked by the refferal commisions they leasing personel offers. I definitely recommend you take a closer look at the overall rating(NOT Recommended) AND compare it to other nearby communities so you can make a good recommendation to ''a couple of friends''. I moved to Windsor at Miramar and recommend it with facts that you can see if you take a walk, and actual positive ratins from tenants.
