I've read the bad reviews about this place, first since I've been living here the pool has always been clean. It's a great location close to everything also the staff has always been very helpful and maintenance is quick when I put work orders.
I have also recommended the community to some friends and they are also happy here.
The gates are working they are closed all day. Compared to other communities in the area I visited before renting here, it is the best so far.
