I have been here for about 6 months and I do see some improvements going on and am very happy about it. Just got new pool furniture and the fountain finally works out front!! Things are getting cleaner and I am considering staying.....we will see what my increase is!!

Yes I also noticed they bought new pool furniture,I just wonder why they don't spend fixing or closing the gate sometime for better security. Also a little bit of cleaning to the trash compactor wouldn't be bad, which is a bit forgotten. Hope to see this things fixed up soon.

I'm not at the pool often enough to care too much about the furniture, when the apartment itself is terrible. I've been fighting a terrible ant problem that just keeps getting worse everyday. Today, I found hundreds of ants in my child's bed and crawling all along the wall by his bed. They don't fix anything when you tell them about it, they only put a band-aid on the problem. People don't pick up behind their dogs, and the day I've been here long enough to break my lease, I'm moving. My list of complaints could go on forever. Especially how they "sell" the amenitites to you when you move in only to find out that absolutely nothing works, or the gate is locked and the workout room is inaccesible.
