I have been a Resident in this community for the past 3 Years, and I just renewed my lease. I havent had any problems or complains. The prompt service by the maintenance staff has been very good. Also the kind service by the office staff and the management. We moved from a 2 Bed room on the 3rd Floor in which we lived for 2 years to a 3 Bed Room on the 2nd Floor. It is good to see a new Trash Compactor and the front Gates been all fixed. I hope the Security Camera's are in order to make sure they take care of the offenders who have been tail gating and ramming through Pole Gate.
I recommend this Community to any family with kids. The Middle School and High School walking distance away. Not to mention Publix, Walgreens the Mall and Interstate 75 are all within close proximity. We also had 2 families that moved in to this comminuty because of our recommendations. I would most certainly give 5 Stars to this community.
