DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE NOBODY EVER CLEANS IT UP!! Everybody is on the same hot water boiler system which goes out all the time. No place to live in peace. Cops make rounds here just as much as a ghetto complex. OUTRAGEOUS RENT INCREASES!!
