How you like Arbour Club depends a lot on the unit you pick. I have one that is on the corner on the second floor. It's quiet, i guess due to the fact there are no pets around me and my neighbors are quiet.Management repainted it and recarpeted it prior to moving in. The large 2 bed has a very nice split floor plan and my room has an extra window since it's on the corner. I really enjoy it. I catch wifi signal most of the time. Location in the complex is key. I couldn't see myself living on the first floor where people can walk by your patio and windows.
