Moving to Arbor Club was the best thing we ever did. It's a quiet, well-maintained and beautiful complex. Any time we have had a problem or issue, we talked to the very courteous office staff and everything was rectified to our deep satifaction. The grounds are well maintained as are the living units. The office staff genuinely care about our concerns and work with us to resolve any problems that may arise. I would recommend Arbor Club to anyone tired of low maintenance, indifferent staff and poorly keep grounds. This is the place for you!!! And bring your pets, dogs and cats, all they ask is that you clean up after your dog. Beautiful grounds, courteous staff and well maintained units...the perfect combination!!!

All apartment complexes charge those fees & rent. if you aren't willing to pay and be responsible for your pet than you probably shouldn't own one

i was willing to pay those charges, and i did. but, the comment was made that they only ask you to clean up after your pet, and that is not true. they do ask more than that.
