Moving to the arbor club apartments was the worst decision i ever made. I recently moved to Pensacola because of a job and this was the quickest place i could find at the time, but now I am ready to break my lease. I hate the parking and the noise level here. The police are constantly called out and the noise level outside at night is ridiculous. The apartments are out dated including everything in it and your paying updated prices!! And pest control is a problem. They say they spray the apartments every week or every month and not once have I seen someone spray my apartment or left a note saying they did so. I have found a new location that I am in the process of moving to. Everything is updated including the appliances and I'm paying way less and its a nicer community.

If anyone reads this and you are considering Arbor Club apartments continue looking. In this instance you pay for what you DON'T get!!
