I've lived in Arbor Club four years now, and am about to renew my lease for a fifth.
Located on north 9th Avenue, just across from Pensacola Junior College, the complex is 5 minutes from just about everything. PJC (across the street), Pensacola Airport ((1/2 mile), Cordova Mall (1 block), The Rave movie theatre complex (1 mile), Sacred Heart Hospital (1 block), many, many restaurants - from fast food to fine dining (within 2 miles). Historic downtown Pensacola and access to Pensacola Beach are a short drive down 9th Avenue, access to the interstate (3 miles).
The buildings and grounds are nicely kept. All of my appliances have always worked. I did have problems with my A/C unit once - and maintenance was there THAT DAY to fix it. Helpful and courteous, they figured out the problem, got what they needed, and repaired the unit before my apartment even heated up.
Amenities include a pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis court and indoor handball court. Movies (DVDs) available in the office.
And the office staff have ALWAYS been professional, courteous, helpful and friendly, whenever I've gone in there or seen them otherwise on the premises. I'm an older man, and those girls in there treat me like their dad - they listen to me, and have always taken care of anything I've asked them about. I appreciate that - and them.
