I have had a pleasant experience with Ashley Club. However, I'll be moving, since the corporate greed has been trying reach deep in my pocket. It seems that "fair market value" will be about $720/mo for a 1 bedroom place. Even though I would be renewing for a whole year, there is no incentive for good renters to stay. My neighbors are also shocked. Oh well, it's not the staff's fault, but I think I might emai the corporation that oversees this place.
If you've got extra money and want a clean place with decent staff, Ashley Club isn't too bad.

This place is NOT clean and the staff is clueless. When I moved in there was FOOD ON THE WALLS (in the kitchen and on the fireplace tiles). My bathroom was MOLDY. My balcony is still MOLDY. My air conditioner looks like the inside of a dirty vacuum cleaner bag. My bedroom door was chewed up from an animal, along w/ the bottoms of the cabinets. This place is FILTHY, SMELLY, and it is just plain EMBARRASSING to have friends over. You can hear such lovely sounds as you try to sleep, like neighbors having sex, people next door snoring, dogs parking, and my personal favorite the domestic disputes and police/ambulances. Ahhh, the sounds of home.
