I, too, had a bike stolen off of my porch (on the second floor). The air conditioner DOES NOT WORK!!! They won't fix it. Just to paint the picture--I paid $200 a month to Gulf Power to keep my less than 700sq apartment at 84 degrees!! This went on for the majority of my lease. I have ants and I am extremely clean. The toilet doesn't work properly. The water temperature is not regulated (extremely cold or hot).

They added a utility bill (gas) AFTER I signed the lease. Could probably fight it, but who has the time. I pay $40 a month for water that gets shut off with no notice for 2 days--several times, and the temperature to be cold or scalding. I won't even start on the dogs. Never enough parking. The raquetball court should be quarantined.

This is the biggest dump I have ever lived in. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I, a former dependent, feel bad for all the military members who come to town and need something quick, but you'd be sorry to rent here unless a mircale occurs.

They increased my water as well after I signed the lease. 40 dollars for scalding or cold water we should fight it.
