I lived there for one year and I can honestly say it was the worste and most expensive apartment I've ever lived in. I had 3 water leaks and when maintenance came they made more of a mess than anything. I left the place much cleaner than it was when I moved in and they still found some shady way to keep my deposit. There are much better and less expensive places to live in Pensacola.
