My boyfriend and I have been living here now for about 4months now.. Its gone from practically perfect.. to a little less perfect.. to liveable.. and now its just plain ok. We love the nice neighbors(for the most part)and that it overall the landscape is maintained. Some problems I have come across while living here while having a bottom floor unit would be noise issues. Im not sure if its just our roudy upstairs people or if this place just has extremely thin walls.. It sounds like they do gymnastics all day long just walking around.. its to the point where we had to make a noise complaint at 3 in the morning and got no better. My advice to anyone moving in.. dont get the bottom floor unless you want to be hearing people above you 24/7 cause thats what you will get. Also these are those kind of apartments with cheap countertops, sinks, bathtub/shower that get SUPER DIRTY really quickly. i recommend bringing good cleaning supplies and cleaning regularly to keep up the "nice white" that they provide you with. Its not worth the 790 monthly rent on top of water, electricity, cable and internet, washer and drier units, and anything more that they dont provide for you that you have to pay extra for.
