I moved here because my husband was going through ATCschool and they had a military clause. But when I went into give my 30 day notice, they told me to bring it back when we had our orders to move. to make a long story short, they charged us thru the end of the month (we moved out on the 10th) because one of the emplyees forgot to write in our file that we came in on time. when we refused to pay through the end of the month, for an emplyees mistake, they kept our deposit. when you sign the lease they say that they cater to military, but they dont. the employees are extremely rude and liars. MILITARY DO NOT RENT HERE!! absolutely the worst! also, they are raising there rent $100 starting dec 1st 2005. also, our neighbor across the hall was a pedifile. i'm not kidding! they sent out a letterto warn us, but still!!!
