Since moving out I have had problems with my deposit and rent reimbursement. The area is great and close to the military base, but the staff won't return my phone calls and doesn't seem to care now that I am not paying rent. Parking is crowded unless you are home by 4pm everyday. The grounds are kept clean because they are stict and will leave a number of notices telling you to pick up after your pets and not to throw cigarette butts on the grounds. The sprinkler system can ruin a car paint job too. While it's convient to base it's not worth the money.
