My stay at Bay Pine Villas started out great! It was a great place to have your family a very comfortable enviorment to have a family (2001).Now thru the years at Bay Pine Villa things have changed, we have no maintenance personal, we can't get our front yard cut it has to grow to your knees before the lady cuts it. Our management that use to be on site still lives on site but does not run business out of here anymore it must be done at the office across town. The pet Policy use to be okay but that has gone down also. If I had to find a place it wouldn't be here I wish management cared a little more about the customers and the property but not here the apperance has went down your yard can look like anything. I hope you would want a better enviroment then this. And your rent will continue to go up and no changes around the property. There is no pest control you are responsible on that. Thank you a customer
