This was a great community until September 2004. The funny part is that the property manager lives in the same complex, and the grounds are terrible. Some back yards look like the city dump. Bay Pine ghetto is just three streets over. Come take a tour. The property manager is just LAZY. Must be nice being Mrs. Jones getting paid for nothing. There are no maintenance personnel, and any repairs under $50.00 you must pay out of pocket.
They should pay me for the unwelcome Pest i.e. snakes, spider, and Bad @s$ frogs. Each day Im out looking for another place and hopefully Ill fine something soon. If you can afford it you should bypass Bay Pine Villas, its not worth the moneytrust me youll live longer with less stress.
