Ghetto is a understatement

Let me just say this. The price may lure you to Beauclerc. Maybe like me you were searching for a nice place to live, that was fairly inexpensive: and maybe like me you hoped you found a great combination. But trust me, continue looking. I have lived in Beauclerc(aka "the ghetto") for several years now and have watched its continued decline. When i first moved here it was one of the nicer apartments in town. Close to the malls; centrally located. The management was always friendly and helpful. Maintenece as well. As the years progressed, and management changed(seems like every 6 months) I feel more like a apartment number than a person. The parking is horrible and kids and teenagers are out all day and night. Walls are paper thin.and thanks to a old floor plan, you are back to back with your neighbors living room. Great for those "stereo jammers!" But in the pursuit of fairness, i will say for the money, the floor plan SIZE is one of the better ones in the city. And i have not seen a bug in years. I think the property is poorly managed and that in itself is whats bringing it down. The quality of people moving in over the last few years has seriously declined. To the point my family and friends refer to it as "scary to come visit" and Im embarassed for people to come visit!
but hey.... im moving soon...so to you i wish you good luck!! Pay a little more for QUALITY you will thank me!!
