my husband is employed by the usmc. we lived at by the bay apartments for almost a year. the rent was decient for the amount of space. we had some really nice neighbos, with the exception of a few. i did not like the managment too much. i believe that she was discriminative agaist young couples. i am not the only person who thinks this, but it was tolerable. i liked the location, b/c it was easy to get to everything.the apartments were very clean and repairs were made promptly. pest was never a problem, they sprayed reguarly. from the outside, apts look dull and run down, but they are quite nice inside.
