I have lived here for almost a year. Since I have lived here, 3 people have had their cars broken into and one was at gunpoint. There was black mold in my ceiling that was left there until the management was certain that the leak had been fixed but it took them 3 weeks to get the roofers out to fix it. The neighbor underneath played the music so loud that it knocked glasses off a shelf in the kitchen and broke them. It took numermous phone calls and written complaints to do anything about this. The landscape contractors come in twice a week to mow but it takes them three hours so if you work in the evenings, don't even think about trying to sleep durning the day. There is no mailbox to put outgoing mail in on the entire property. However the maintenance staff that works here is really nice and helpful when they are given the work orders.
