I didn't actually live here, but I did spend about $100 in application fees because apparently they have very high credit standards or something. The head leasing consultant was very high strung woman who never offered to show me a model apartment and almost seemed delighted that my application wasn't approved. With the exception of the front office, not a bad place, one of my friend's lives there and they seem to have spacious floor plans and well manicured landscaping.
