My fiance and I lived at carriage hills for about a year and in that time frame it was horrible... First the upstairs neighbors would have people breaking into their home stealing things, they would have parties at all hours of the night that would sound like they were dropping weights on the floor shaking our lights plus we would get severeal letters from managment on a regular basis saying to lock you door keep your kids inside because people would get pistol wiped andraped a mugged going and comming from the parking lot there was drug dealers hangging out of windows but they soon left and when we moved out they would not give us our security deposit by giving us flat out lies about things we didn't do.. but at the end we got a nasty letter and out deposit back... if you want to live the life as a hud rat live at this place other than that don't unless your desperate.

I just think that this person may of been part of the trouble/ all areas are ones preference/and this being said/maybe you should of not givena reason for not getting your deposit back/ a rental agency can not hold a deposit/unless you damaged the apartment/ or behind on the rent/ ETC>>>> that is the LAW
