Moved here a few months ago, and am happy with my surroundings. My two bedroom home is pretty spacious. Bathroom is a "tad" bit tight for me, but I'm a big guy. :)

They have onsite management, who responds FAST (though I've not had any reason to call them, other than to check on my application). They also have onsite repair, onsite law enforcement (a REAL sherrif's deputy, NOT a rent-a-cop). Rose, up in the office seems pretty selective about who they rent to. You'll need impeccable credit (or close to it) to even be considered. That pretty much cuts down on the riff raff. I have access to a Super Walmart, a great Japanese restaurant called Nobusei, all sorts of shopping and restaurants are just minutes away.

As I've gone back to school @ UWF, access to campus was really important to me. Carriage House is about 15 minutes away. It's very close to the Ninth Ave/Olive Road intersection, so you can either go down Olive to Davis to University Pkwy, or go the back way and follow Olive, to Johnson to Davis to Copter, to Nine Mile, to University.

Anyway, the people who live here are pretty nice, and I've not had any problems, as management stays on top of any issues. Again, having the onsite law around keeps the bad elements away.
