Pretty nice place

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The rent was just raised to 525 for a 1 bedroom but it's still a nice place for the money. It has a pool that they said last year would be ready this summer so maybe that will be up and running. It's very quiet and peaceful, nice management who takes care of any problems in good time. I'd recommend.
