The rent goes up and up. The once beautiful pool was let to rot. Not fair that they keep raising the rent but now we have no pool - for years!!! They let too many people stay in one apartment and now the garbage bins overflow with maggots weekly. They did not replace carpet after Ivan soaked it. The air conditioner runs and runs and runs and it is still hot in here. Even with the doors closed, you can still see plenty of sunlight coming through. The bathtub does not drain properly and you stand in 4 inches of water every time you take a shower. Maintenance is less than responsive but Rose is nice.
