I have lived at Cordova Regency for almost five years. I am really happy here. The maintenance staff is fantastic - even the most minor problems are fixed really fast, usually the same hour. I love the office staff as well, they are always friendly, polite, courteous and seem to genuinely care about my needs and are quick to send maintenance if necessary. It's almost like an extention of my family! It's obvious that the staff cares about the grounds and the residents. I don't plan to move out any time soon, it's nice not having to worry about home repairs and lawn care! You can't go wrong moving in here, I love it!
