I would like to take to time to let people know that the Crystal Lake Apartments that I have seen a steady decline in service and appearance at the Crystal Lake Apartments. When I first moved into the apartments I really enjoyed my living conditions, especially the outside scenery, now it looks horrible, the grass isnt cut often enough, and when it is it looks half done. I and many of my friends who live in these apartments feel that everything about this place is going down hill very fast. I was also wondering about pest control. When I first moved in a pest control company came out once a month and treated my apartment, but that doesnt happen anymore. Why'



I honestly feel that all of the above negative instances have happened because of the current management, I will be leaving the apartments soon to reside somewhere else. I would suggest looking into your management. When military BAH rises, and it will to keep up with the trend of high living expenses, people will not want to live in this community. I for one work in a position where I meet with new military personnel moving to the area and I have been telling them to stay away from Crystal Lake as it is not worth your money. Also, I know that housing is hard to find right now, and you have to take what you can get, but it will not always be this way.

After Hurricane Ivan they raised the rent, but drastically cut down on the service. I went to talk to the manager about it and he told me "the office isn't here for the residents" So they why do the come to work' He said it was to sign new leases, whcih I can understand, but there is now a waiting list.

Please, take my warning and do no tlive in these apartments.
