When we first moved in the place was really nice and the people where polite, now we have been here for 2 yrs and its gone down a lot. The office is very unprofessional. On the upside the maintenance staff is great. We have had a few minor problems and they have always taken care of them quickly. The walls are very thin and the bedrooms are back to back. You will hear everything your neighbors are saying and doing. The grass never gets cut and when it does after its up to my knees its half ass down and the clipings are all over the place and your porch. The carpet is very nasty and they sent somebody to come look at everyones carpet and nobody got new carpet. Please go somewhere else you will hate it. Parking sucks to they send you nasty letters saying not to park on the crub but after 4pm thats all that is left to park at or the handi capp spot. Save yourself the stress go somewhere else. I am leaveing soon.
